We’re excited to share our refreshed timetable for 2026 — designed to give you more flexibility and help you fit movement into your day with ease.

Early Mornings

Kickstart your day with two morning classes every day at 6:30am and 7:15am — perfect for the early birds who love to move before work.

Lunchtime Sessions

On four days each week, we’re offering a 12:00pm lunchtime class — ideal if you’ve got an hour break and want to squeeze in a feel-good session.

After-Work Options

Prefer to train later in the day? We’ve got you covered with two afternoon classes at 5:00pm and 5:45pm on four days each week.

All sessions are 45 minutes, giving you an efficient, effective workout that gets you in and out — without rushing.

And if you’re thinking of getting the most out of our full timetable… Unlimited memberships for January are discounted to just $55/week! A perfect way to start the year strong.
