Physiotherapy

Personalised physiotherapy for pain, injury, and post‑surgery recovery. We assess how you move, treat the cause, and build a plan to restore strength and function.

Common reasons we help: back and neck pain, sports injuries, joint sprains, pre and post operative rehab, headaches, TMJ, vertigo.

3 Key recovery phases

During your treatment, our team combines hands-on care and targeted exercise to help you move from pain to long-term performance. We guide you through three essential phases of recovery:

1 Relieve

Ease pain, restore comfort, and get moving again. In this early phase, you’ll typically see your clinician more often for short-term relief and clear improvement.

2 Restore

Address the cause, not just the symptoms. We help you rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence so you can return to the activities you love, without relying on ongoing treatment.

3 Thrive

Move beyond recovery. Our ongoing programs help you stay strong, active, and injury-free for the long term, supporting total wellbeing and lifelong movement

Any scans or letters, your medication list, comfortable clothing, and your private health or Medicare details if relevant.
