My Journey to Exercise Physiology

My journey into Exercise Physiology began through my love of sport. Growing up in Wagga, I played almost every sport imaginable, and collected my fair share of injuries along the way. Although said injuries shifted my path away from elite sport, they sparked my passion for rehab and helping others return to doing what they love. This naturally led me to becoming an Exercise Physiologist, a career I’ve now been working in for three years.

What I Treat

I enjoy working with a wide variety of conditions, but I have a particular focus on women’s health, supporting clients through pre- and post-natal care, as well as the challenges that come with menopause. I also enjoy helping clients with injury rehabilitation and chronic conditions, ensuring they feel supported through every step.

Why I Love Helping These People

These are life stages and challenges that can feel overwhelming, and I find it rewarding to help people feel stronger, more confident, and empowered.

A Bit About Me

Outside of work, I still enjoy playing sport socially and will give just about any activity a go! I love being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and keeping active in different ways.
