Services and programs

How is my treatment plan created?

Your treatment plan is developed collaboratively between you and your therapist. Together, you will set clear goals and agree on a plan that outlines what is needed to achieve them. This includes the recommended sessions, exercises or strategies between appointments, and how progress will be measured.

The plan is reviewed and adjusted as you improve, ensuring it continues to match your needs and goals.

What conditions do your physiotherapists treat?

Our physiotherapy team supports a wide range of needs, including:

  • Sports and overuse injuries
  • Back, neck, and joint pain
  • Post-surgical rehabilitation
  • Balance and mobility concerns
  • Women’s and men’s health

What is the difference between physiotherapy and exercise physiology?

Physiotherapy focuses on assessment and treatment of pain, injury, and movement dysfunction. Exercise physiology helps you build strength, endurance, and functional capacity through evidence-based exercise programs—ideal for managing chronic conditions or improving overall fitness.

What sort of Pilates do you offer, and what are the differences?

We offer three Pilates options, each designed to suit different experience levels, goals, and support needs.

Mat Pilates focuses on building strong foundations using key Pilates principles. Classes include full body strengthening, balance, and control using bodyweight exercises, light weights, and resistance bands. These sessions are ideal for improving overall strength and movement confidence, with up to 10 participants per class.

Reformer Pilates is a challenging and versatile workout using the reformer machine to strengthen, tone, and improve mobility. The reformer provides adjustable resistance and support, allowing exercises to be progressed or modified as needed. Classes are kept small, with up to 6 participants, to allow close guidance from your instructor.

Clinical Pilates offers the highest level of individualisation. These small, personalised sessions use specialised equipment such as the Cadillac, Split Pedal Chair, and Reformers. Each program is tailored to your individual goals, injury history, or recovery needs, making it ideal for rehabilitation and targeted strength work. Clinical classes have a maximum of 4 participants to ensure close supervision.

Our team can help you choose the most appropriate Pilates option based on your needs, experience, and goals.

Billing and rebates

Can I claim through Medicare or my private health fund?

Yes. Medicare rebates are available for eligible EPC referrals, and HICAPS is available at all clinics for instant private health fund claims.
