Kaitlin Muddle
Physiotherapist
Allied Health Lewisham Avenue
My name is Kaitlin, and I’m a physiotherapist with a passion for helping people become the best version of themselves. I grew up around the Newcastle area and completed my studies in Port Macquarie on the Mid North Coast of NSW. After graduation, I swapped the coastal lifestyle for the country, always ready for a new adventure.
From a young age, I was deeply involved in sports, dance, and cheerleading, which meant plenty of personal experience with physiotherapy. From managing little niggles to recovering from acute injuries. Witnessing the skill and compassion of physiotherapists, and their ability to guide clients through rehabilitation, inspired me to pursue this career.
I enjoy working with individuals recovering from sports injuries or those wanting to stay active and independent despite injury or limitation. More recently, I’ve expanded my skills into paediatric physiotherapy, an area I’ve always been passionate about. I am currently completing my APA Paediatric Physiotherapy Level 1 qualification to further strengthen my expertise in this field.
Outside of work, you’ll find me staying active. I have a love for running, especially long distances, and I’m always searching for the next race to enter. On weekends, I enjoy exploring new places, whether it’s a local day trip or a camping getaway.
If you or your child are ready to begin your physiotherapy journey, I’d love to be part of it — book an appointment today!
