This broad background equips him to effectively treat a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal disorders, post-operative rehabilitation, and complex workplace injuries.
Areas of Expertise
Ben specialises in complex and niche areas, focusing on finding solutions for problems others haven't solved yet. His advanced training includes:
- Vestibular Rehabilitation (Balance and Dizziness Disorders)
- Breathing Retraining
- TMJ (Jaw) Dysfunction
- Running Analysis and Retraining
- Musculoskeletal Dry Needling (to improve pain and function)
While Ben enjoys all areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy, he has a particular passion for working with runners and strength athletes.
Philosophy & Approach
Ben is driven by a passion for helping you achieve your goals. He adopts a holistic, problem-solving approach to develop treatment plans that integrate your lifestyle, physical health, and mental well-being.
His treatment style is kind, honest, and down-to-earth. Ben believes in providing comprehensive care and is always transparent about when interventions or therapies outside of physiotherapy will be beneficial to help you reach your maximum potential.
Why I Love Being a Physiotherapist
"I love watching people return to their true happy selves as they become free of dizziness or pain and realise the potential of their strong and capable bodies."
Outside the Clinic
When he's not solving complex cases, Ben is dedicated to his own active lifestyle, which includes running, triathlons, mountain biking, and hiking. His greatest passion is being a dad to his daughter, and he looks forward to welcoming a new baby to his family in January 2026.
