Book with Amy

I grew up in Peak Hill, NSW a small country town in the central west. I graduated in 2019 at the University of Canberra and had a taste of coastal life, working in Port Macquarie after university but have returned to my country roots for good.

I enjoyed studying Physiotherapy to gain a better understanding of the body and the science associated, I now enjoy the continued learning, problem solving and helping people with recovery to reach their full potential. I'm passionate about empowering individuals with an understanding of their injury/condition so they are actively involved in their recovery and can improve their health throughout all stages of life.

I have keen interests in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, NDIS, neurological rehab, cardiorespiratory physiotherapy and helping adults with healthy ageing and falls prevention. I have completed training in chronic pain management, DMA clinical Pilates and dry needling to incorporate into treatment when appropriate.

Outside of work you'll find me enjoying the outdoors, keeping myself busy in the garden and on the farm, or having a hit of tennis and supporting Wagga Waratahs on Winter Saturdays.
